NuAire Heat Recovery System

To further improve our heating efficiency we have installed a heat recovery system. This system extracts warm air from rooms that produce excess heat such as our kitchen and our Computer Suite, cleans and filters the air and redistributes the warm air to other parts of the building. This process is so efficient that the air in every room is entirely replaced every hour. This saves us the need to heat the rooms in anything but the coldest of weather.

The added benefit of this system is that it cools the rooms that it is extracting the heat from. This saves us the cost of running additional cooling appliances such as Air conditioning or electric fans.
